Sign Goes Up on Nook Farm Land - New Houses on the Way

A sign has officially gone up on the Nook Farm land across from the Esso/Spar Shop at Mountbarrow Road and Bigland Drive, advertising new homes coming soon from Quince Homes.

The new community, which will be called Pippins Beck, will have 3, 4 and 5-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. Plans show the upcoming construction of up to 330 homes, with some set to be affordable or at discounted market rent.
